| InfrafrontierGR/Phenotypos is the Greek Research Infrastructure for the Molecular, Behavioral and Phenotypic Analysis of Mouse Models for Human Chronic Degenerative Diseases. As a full member of the European ESFRI INFRAFRONTIER, the Greek node aims to contribute to a world-class research infrastructure that provides the biomedical research community with the tools needed to unravel the role of gene function in human disease.
The webinar will highlight open access service platforms that have been developed by the Infrastructure and include: |
| · Specialized platforms for clinical & bio-diagnostic analysis of mouse models
· Screening pipelines for disease development (and co-morbidities) · Archiving and distribution of mouse models · State-of-the-art genome manipulation services for the generation of transgenic mouse models |
| The Infrastructure’s personnel will discuss technical details on the services offered and answer questions from interested users. |
